A path that started for myself

I didn't come into fitness for the stage. At first it was training for myself — the wish to be in shape and to feel confident in my own body.

Over time, sport became part of my life and then a professional path. The idea of competing was first suggested by my husband. Soon after, I competed at the Armenian Championship and took first place.

The stage and responsibility

Today I am a World and European Champion in the Fitness Bikini category, and I hold 1st place in the 2025 IFBB WORLD TOUR RANKING.

I first represented Armenia at international IFBB competitions, and I understand that every appearance on stage is not only a personal result but also a responsibility for the country I represent. Since 2025, following my move, I represent the Spanish Federation.

More than just a beautiful body

Fitness Bikini is not just about a beautiful body. It is discipline, nutrition, training, posing, presentation, posture, the gaze and attention to every detail.

On stage they evaluate not only your shape but also how well you can present it. That is why in my work I focus not only on training, but also on nutrition, posing and the overall image.

My philosophy

My goal is to help women become stronger, more confident and more beautiful — without fear of sport. I want to show that taking care of yourself is normal.

It's not a sacrifice and not a punishment, but a natural part of life. Body, health and confidence are built by discipline, time and the right system.

I work with women who want to transform their body, improve their shape, learn to pose or prepare for competition. My approach isn't random workouts but a clear plan: nutrition, training load, technique, progress tracking and support at every stage.
